MAINTENANCE
A very important part of our services is the ability to maintain and preserve. With modern technology it becomes easy to forget that the classics don’t have computers and sensors to compensate for fuel, electrical, or brake issues. Most owners of these cars do not feel comfortable taking their Corvette to the local repair shop; so they count on us. We handle every aspect of the Corvette, from simple oil changes to assuring the customer that the suspension is safe enough to drive your loved ones around. Eastern Corvettes has 40 years of Corvette only service background and we have developed many tools and methods for maintaining the safety and reliability of your car. Does your 1965 glove box door open? Does your solid axle pull left when braking? Do your turn signals stop working when the parking lights are on? We have crossed every imaginable repair on these Corvettes and can easily return them to as new, or better than operating condition. With 14 years background in custom car audio and security Mike has an unbelievable talent in chasing those electrical gremlins – and even modifying the audio system to allow for USB/Ipod/MP3. Give us a call with any questions or concerns you may have.
RESTORATION
We begin with a consultation to plan and map out every aspect of the restoration, be it a simple interior restoration or a complete body off restoration with goals of that elusive 100% judging score. With 30 years of experience in the classic Corvette restoration Eastern Corvettes can organize, orchestrate, and complete every portion of your restoration project. We strive to exceed the client’s end goals, from in house upholstery and convertible top restoration to complete drive-train and chassis restoration – we do it all. Due to our location and current zoning restrictions we do not handle paintwork in house; but we have several qualified painters that we work with. Using a daily photo log and daily email system allows our customers to steer the direction of their project and remain in the know. Our work has been displayed at the National Corvette Museum, several magazines, television spots, and we have received every possible award from Concours d’Elegance to all Corvette originality based judging events. Notify us if you would like to arrange a consultation to connect the dots to your end goal.
KNOWLEDGE
Inspections, appraisals, consultations, we can handle every angle of the clean hands side of Corvettes. Do you have a Corvette in mind for the ultimate driver, or maybe one for an investment? We can help you find the car that best suites your individual situation, or inspect and advise on one that you already have in mind. If you are handling your own restoration and simply want a game plan and outline on the proper steps to keep the project moving smoothly we can help you get behind the wheel as smoothly and painless as possible. Are you stressing over an upcoming judging event? We often “pre-judge” Corvettes to help guide the car and handle any issues that the client is not prepared to take on; advising on a fair ratio of points versus dollars.
